Legacy PHP2Shell migration and rescue
Applications still on PHP 7—or on an unsupported vendor build—often need more than a single security patch. Dependencies, extensions, and application code may block a straight runtime upgrade. We assess what actually runs in production and whether migration, selective refactoring, or a staged cutover is realistic.
Migration planning, compatibility updates, and deployment are scoped after consultation. We do not guarantee same-day migration, and we do not promise that every legacy codebase can move to the newest PHP release without code changes.
When emergency exposure is the immediate concern, rapid triage or Patch & Verify may be proposed first. Longer modernization work is quoted separately once the path is agreed.
Published starting point: Minimum paid work from CAD $2,500
PHP 7 to 8 migration scope, timeline, and price are defined after the free consultation—not on this page.
Security and DevSecOps scope inside this fixed-price package is delivered with Seya Group. For security and DevSecOps consulting, see their team directly.
The consultation is free. Paid work is scoped and invoiced only after you accept a proposal. This page does not take payment.
