RAG
Answers with citations
Retrieve from SharePoint, Confluence, wikis, and PDFs — grounded answers with source links.
Agents
Task execution
Look up CRM records, draft emails, open tickets, and schedule meetings via approved tools.
Tenant
Scoped by design
Deployed in your Azure or AWS footprint with RBAC-aware retrieval when configured.
Channels
Web, Teams, Slack
Meet employees where they work — plus API hooks for custom integrations.
Knowledge is scattered — and generic AI is not built for your systems
Policy lives in SharePoint, customer history in Salesforce, status in Jira, and process docs in Confluence. Finding the right answer often means bouncing across tools — or waiting on the person with tribal knowledge.
Consumer AI tools cannot safely answer from your private systems by default. An enterprise copilot needs tenant-scoped deployment, governed connectors, and permission-aware retrieval — designed around your architecture, not bolted on as a public chatbot.
Employees lose time hunting across SharePoint, Confluence, and email.
New hires ramp slowly because company knowledge is hard to find.
Sales drafts proposals from scratch without CRM-connected assist.
Ad-hoc ChatGPT use creates governance and confidentiality risk.
Cross-system questions require logging into several applications.
What we build
A production-ready enterprise copilot — knowledge retrieval first, then agentic tools — staged Assess → Pilot → Build.
RAG knowledge assistant
Answers from SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, PDFs, and internal wikis — with citations to source documents.
Agentic task execution
Multi-step tools: CRM lookup, ServiceNow/Jira tickets, proposal drafts, calendar events — with approval workflows where needed.
CRM & ERP integration
Query and action capability against Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, and API-connected systems.
Secure by design
Deployed in your cloud tenant with Azure OpenAI or self-hosted models. RBAC-aware retrieval when integrated with your IdP.
Tenant-scoped when configured for your environment
We design for your cloud boundary, identity provider, and data sources. Exact residency and model hosting depend on the stack you choose in Assess — not absolute guarantees.

Private cloud footprint
Provision in your Azure or AWS account. Prefer Azure OpenAI in-tenant, or self-hosted open models when regulation requires it.

Governed retrieval
Ingest approved knowledge sources, tune retrieval, and return citations so answers can be verified.

Permission-aware access
Integrate with Azure AD, Okta, or Google Workspace so users only retrieve what they are already authorised to see.
Is this a fit?
We work best with teams ready for staged delivery — not a same-week firm-wide chatbot with no knowledge cleanup.
Likely a fit
Knowledge workers drowning in SharePoint / CRM / ERP silos.
Need tenant-scoped deployment plus RBAC-aware RAG.
Willing Assess → Pilot → Build staged delivery.
CRM/ERP or agentic task goals beyond a simple FAQ bot.
Have (or will provision) a cloud tenant and identity provider.
Likely not a fit
Expect a ChatGPT plug-in with no private tenant work.
Want a public consumer chatbot as the primary deliverable.
Need same-week firm-wide launch with no knowledge cleanup.
Pure content-marketing chatbot with no system integrations.
Require absolute “zero leakage” guarantees before architecture review.
An internal copilot people actually use
For mid-market professional services teams, we organise scattered knowledge into a governed layer, then deploy a grounded copilot with citations and permission-aware retrieval — so answers come from current, authorised sources.
- Governed knowledge layer with role-based access.
- RAG assistant that cites source documents.
- Foundation ready to expand to more teams and use cases.
Common questions
Straight answers before you request an assessment.
How is this different from Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise?
Microsoft Copilot is strong inside the Microsoft 365 graph and licensing model. ChatGPT Enterprise is a managed SaaS experience. Our launchpad deploys in your Azure or AWS footprint, connects to the systems you choose (including non-Microsoft stacks), and lets you control model hosting, connectors, and security configuration — including self-hosted models when required.
What documents and systems can it connect to?
SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, Google Drive, Dropbox, internal wikis, PDFs, Office files, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Jira, and other API-connected systems. We prioritise connectors during Assess based on highest-value use cases.
How does RBAC / permissions work?
We integrate with your identity provider (Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace) so retrieval respects source-system permissions when configured. A user should not receive answers drawn from documents they cannot already access.
Which LLM models do you use?
Default is Azure OpenAI (GPT-4-class models deployed in your Azure tenant) for a strong performance–control balance. For highly regulated environments, we can deploy self-hosted open-source models inside your infrastructure with no external model API calls.
Can it be deployed in a regulated industry?
Yes — we design for healthcare, financial services, and government environments when controls, BAAs, and architecture choices are scoped in Assess. Compliance is a legal determination for your organisation; we document how the architecture supports your requirements.
