Mars Innovation Technology builds a private enterprise AI copilot — powered by RAG over your documents and Agentic AI connected to your CRM, ERP and operations systems — that answers questions, drafts content, and gets work done across every department.
Private enterprise AI — your data never leaves your cloud tenant or trains any external model.
Answers questions from company documents, policies, CRM, ERP, and knowledge bases with citations.
Agentic AI completes tasks: draft emails, look up CRM data, create tickets, schedule meetings.
Deployed in 6–10 weeks. Works across web, Teams, Slack, and email integrations.
Knowledge workers spend 1.8 hours per day searching for information (McKinsey, 2023). Policy documents are on SharePoint, customer history is in Salesforce, project status is in Jira, and process documentation is in Confluence — but finding the right information across all these systems requires navigating 5–10 different interfaces. The person with the tribal knowledge is always in a meeting.
Generic AI tools like ChatGPT cannot answer questions from your company's private data, and they send your prompts to external servers that you don't control. An enterprise copilot must be private by design — deployed in your tenant, connected to your systems, and answerable to your data governance policies.
Employees spend 1–2 hours daily finding information scattered across SharePoint, Confluence, and email.
Onboarding new hires takes months because company knowledge is undocumented or hard to find.
Sales team drafts proposals from scratch because there's no system-connected AI writing tool.
Generic ChatGPT use creates data governance and confidentiality risk.
Cross-system questions require logging into 4–5 different applications.
A production-ready, fixed-price engagement — from architecture to deployment to support.
Answers questions from your SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, PDFs, policies and internal wikis — with citations to source documents.
AI agents that complete multi-step tasks: look up Salesforce contacts, create ServiceNow tickets, draft proposals, schedule calendar events.
Real-time query and action capability against Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and custom ERPs.
Deployed in your Azure or AWS tenant with Azure OpenAI or self-hosted models. Your data never leaves your boundary.
Web chat interface, Microsoft Teams bot, Slack app, Outlook add-in, and REST API for custom integrations.
Respects your existing RBAC permissions — users only see documents and data they are already authorised to access.

It is a fixed-price engagement that deploys a private enterprise AI copilot — combining RAG over your internal documents with Agentic AI connected to your CRM, ERP and business systems — accessible via web, Teams, and Slack in 6–8 weeks.
Microsoft Copilot requires M365 licensing and is limited to Microsoft 365 content. ChatGPT Enterprise sends prompts to OpenAI servers. Our copilot is deployed entirely within your Azure or AWS tenant, connects to any system you choose (including non-Microsoft systems), and gives you full control over the model, data and security configuration.
SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, Google Drive, Dropbox, internal wikis, PDFs, Word/Excel files, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Jira, and any system with an API. We prioritise connections based on your highest-value use cases during the Assess tier.
We integrate with your existing identity provider (Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace) to enforce the same permissions in the copilot that users have on the source systems. A user cannot receive an AI-generated answer from a document they do not have permission to read.
By default we use Azure OpenAI (GPT-4 / GPT-4o deployed in your Azure tenant) for the strongest performance-privacy balance. For highly regulated industries, we can deploy self-hosted open-source models (Llama 3, Mistral) entirely within your infrastructure with no external API calls.
Out-of-the-box tools include: CRM record lookup and creation, calendar event scheduling, email drafting, ServiceNow/Jira ticket creation, document generation from templates, and web search. Custom tools for your specific workflows are built during the Build tier.
Most teams see immediate value in the first week for knowledge retrieval. Agentic task completion typically takes 2–3 weeks of use and feedback to reach high user satisfaction as the model learns the patterns of your specific workflow.
Yes. We have deployed enterprise copilots in healthcare (with BAA, HIPAA controls), financial services, and government environments. The architecture is designed to meet your specific compliance requirements, which we document in the Assess tier.
